Born in the Dominican Republic, Ivan Duarte emigrated to the United States while he was in high school. His career started when a veteran loan officer recruited him out of high school in 1999 to help him develop a mortgage website. That loan officer saw potential in Ivan, and heeding his advice Ivan entered the mortgage business as a loan officer in 2003. He has continued his career as a top LO as well as a manager, and was listed in the Top 1% of Loan Originators by Mortgage Executive Magazine 2016. A fervent supporter of technological enhancements in the mortgage business, Ivan always positions himself at the forefront of the latest advancements in loan origination. Ivan has a passion for mentoring those new to our industry, sharing his nearly 20 years of knowledge with them through coaching and development programs and ensuring their success. As a naturalized citizen, Ivan takes great pride in assisting those new to the US as well as other minorities in achieving the American dream of homeownership.
