Ms. Kim Hoffman is Chief Operating Officer of Envoy Mortgage, Ltd since July 2018. Ms. Hoffman oversees the design of Envoy’s loan fulfillment processes, ensuring the efficiency and seamless integration of its US and India operations teams. Ms. Hoffman has a proven history of operations excellence with over twenty five years of mortgage banking experience and leadership including end-to-end mortgage operations, offshoring, underwriting, and process engineering. Ms. Hoffman was recognized as one of Housing Wire Magazines “Women of Influence” in 2016 and her experience includes COO of Morgan Stanley Residential Lending and Director of Mortgage Operations at Royal Bank of Canada. Most recently, she has been leading the operations of numerous leading mortgage lenders through her work as Global Mortgage Operations and Service Delivery Executive with Sutherland Mortgage Services. Ms. Hoffman graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, and she earned an Operations Management and Service Delivery Post Graduate Award from Warwick Business School. She received her Six Sigma Certification from Villanova University.
