Who I Am:
I am a husband, and a father to 3 wonderful young adults. My family and I enjoy boating, camping, and I am passionate about traveling the country on my Harley Davidson while masterminding with the top thought leaders in the world.
On the business side of things I am the Founder/ Chief Strategist of The Mortgage Marketing Animals and also the host of the #1 Podcast for loan officers in America.
Real Estate Industry Experience:
I first began my venture into the mortgage business as a loan officer in October of 2000. Within 8 months of opening the doors at Family First Mortgage I became the top producing branch out of approximately 336 branches nationwide. I also began to train fellow LO's in my "paint by numbers" approach. This technique helped the LO's retain more closings while working less hours in a week. Five years later I opened up my own mortgage business called Time Mortgage.

I help loan officers to implement proven marketing strategies that I have personally used in my own career, and had great success with, measured by hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue each and every MONTH.
How I Help:
I show specific step by step instructions on how to drastically increase your monthly loan production & income while working only 32 hours per week. I do this by teaching people to hyper focus their efforts, and to stop doing wasteful activities that they are currently doing that are not producing measurable results. By following the strategies that I provide, my clients are able to regain the freedom to do the things they want to do. Worrying about when, and where the next deal will come from will no longer be a concern.
