Stephen Carter is in his 20th year at Fannie Mae and currently serves as Director, Business Solutions in Fannie Mae’s Single Family Mortgage Business. He leads a team focused on customer co-development ensuring that customers actively participate in the development of Fannie Mae policy, digital products and services that drive innovation across the housing industry. Stephen also supports the implementation of key business initiatives, including Day 1 Certainty and the Data Validation Service. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Stephen worked in the financial software solution industry, specializing in software development, sales, and implementation.
